CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Brand New factory sealed Vegas Showdown from Avalon Hill 2005.

Four of the box corners are protruding thru the plastic shrink wrap and the box corners there show a little wear. The shrink has some scuffing on it, but overall it looks good.
