CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a USED Waterworks Leaky Pipe Card Game Parker Brothers 1972. The box has shelf wear on the corners\edges\face, there is a tear in the cover paper on the front upper left corner area that reveals the white paper below. There are remnants of a sticker on the front upper right corner and a strip of clear box tape running horizontally across the back of the box. All box corners are intact with no tears or tape. The cards look good and lay flat, the tray, wrenches and instructions all look good.
