CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Factory Sealed Carcassonne Gold Rush Game from Z-Man Games 2014. There are light scuffs on the shrink seen under angled light. The shrink has the factory black ink imprinting on the back lower right corner area (over the UPC) and on the right lower side edge. There are small tears in the plastic on the front lower right corner area, but they did not effect the box below. Overall it looks good.
