CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Factory Sealed Carcassonne Hills & Sheep Expansion 9 from Z-Man Games 2014. 

It has the original factory shrink with the black ink printings on the back of the plastic and it still has it's original store hang tag on it. It has some light wrinkles in the shrink, but it looks good.
