CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a USED Down & Out game from Mag-Nif Inc. 1979. The box has light shelf wear on some corners\edges, and little on the upper right front corner area. All box corners are intact with no tears or tape. The Dice are in a stapled plastic bag, the felt on the board looks good and overall it looks good.
