CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Opened box, but Unpunched Fearsome Floors from Rio Grande Games 2012.

The box has a little shelf wear on the corners\edges, and a light stain on the front lower right edge area. All box corners are intact with no tears or tape. The board looks good, the stickers have all been applied to both sides of the wooden discs. The original punch sheet is complete and unpunched. The instructions look good and overall it looks good.
