CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Opened Box, but UNUSED Monopoly Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Edition from Hasbro\USAopoly 2014. The box has some shelf wear on the corners\edges, one box bottom corner is starting to split some and it has some clear box tape on it. All other box corners are intact with no tears or tape. The box back has some creasing near the corners and the lower left corner has enough shelf wear to show the cardboard below a little. The contents look nice.
