CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Factory Sealed Sunrise City Game from Clever Mojo Games 2012. There is a tear in the plastic on the back upper edge that is approx. 1.5" long, the cardboard below is fine. The front upper right corner is slightly indented, overall it looks nice. This game is heavy so please be aware if you live on the West Coast.
