This item is a Factory Sealed Army Men 3D Playstation Game Dog Tag Promo Item from our visit to E3 in Atlanta in 1998. It was like Halloween at E3 in Atlanta, every booth had some type of giveaway and you walked around with big bags. We kept all our goodies all these years! It measures 2 & 1/4" long and 1 & 1/8" tall. It is unclear how long the chain is.
