This item is a Factory Sealed Carson City Horses & Heroes Expansion from Quinted Games 2015. There is a small "V" shaped tear in the plastic on the back left edge area (approx. 3/8" long). There are two small tears in the plastic on the front upper right and lower left corner areas, but overall it looks good.
