This item is a OPENED Box, but UNUSED Cartridge Adaptor for N64. This item allows you to play imported Nintendo 64 Games on a U.S. Nintendo 64 System. It does not show a manufacture date, but it is from the early days of the Nintendo 64, we carried these in our stores. The box has dried remnants from old store stickers on the side flaps, the unit inside is still in it's factory taped plastic bag and it looks nice.
