CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Opened Box, but unused Civilization Bookcase Game from Avalon Hill 1982. This version has the Parthenon on the front cover and the board is a one piece fold out board. The box has shelf wear on the corners/edges and faces. All box corners are intact with no tears or tape. There is a little light wear on one of the board faces, but it's nothing bad at all. The unpunched sheets look nice. The cards all look good and lay flat. We are including extra clear plastic bags for storage. Overall it looks good.
