This item is a Factory Sealed InfoGenius Productivity Pak: Frommer's Travel Guide - Game Boy, Gametek 1992. The original shrink wrap shows some scuffing (seen under angled light), the front lower left corner is ever so slightly protruding thru the plastic there. There is a light bow/crease on the right side edge of the box. Overall it looks good. This is not a game, but a travel guide companion, it is being sold as a collectable.
