CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a USED Hotel Game from Milton Bradley 2001 UK version.

It is missing the two small lamp posts that plug into one of the bases, but it does not effect game play. The box has shelf wear on the corners\edges and faces, all box corners are intact with no tears or tape. There are some small tears in the cover paper on the lid's upper side edge and back upper and lower edges that reveal the white paper below. The play money is still in it's original factory sealed plastic and the Cars and Dice are in their factory sealed plastic bag. The board looks nice, the cardboard deeds and Leisure facility cards look nice and lay flat. The cardboard buildings in this version are a much lighter stock than the 1987 version, but they look good. The listed 33 Building tops is including the 3 extra round tops that are attached to the Tah Mahal Roofs, they are already assembled so it has the required 30 tops. Overall it looks good.
