CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Factory Sealed Monopoly A Christmas Story Collector's Edition from Parker Brothers 2008. There is a rip in the front shrink wrap that runs all the way across the entire length of the front of the box. The rip exposes a full third of the front cover, the torn plastic is still attached. There is a very thin 3" long light slice on the front right edge area. The box back has a slight wave in it, the upper area is slightly concave. Most of the box corners are protruding thru the plastic a little and there is a small amount of wear on those corners of the box.
