CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Opened Box, but UNUSED Richthofen's War Bookcase Game from Avalon Hill 1972. The counter sheet has 7 tokens punched out (5 blue, 2 brown) and the punched pieces are included.

The box has shelf wear on the corners\edges and on the faces, there is some tearing in the cover paper on the front center area. All box corners are intact with no tears or tape. The board has some splitting in the map cover paper on one of the edges along the main seam (see pic). The counter sheet is folded and as mentioned above, 7 counters fell out, they are all accounted for. The pad is full, the instructions and other paper work look nice. Overall it looks good.
