This item is a Factory Sealed Zathura Adventure is Awaiting Game from Pressman 2005. The box has some indenting/creasing on the front upper right corner area, but it's not bad. The original shrink wrap has two stickers on the front (upper left and lower right). There are some scuffs in the plastic here and there, but overall it looks good.
