This item is a Opened box, but UNUSED Homesteaders New Beginnings Expansion from Tasty Minstrel Games 2019.

The box looks nice, all box corners are intact with no tears or tape. The cards in their factory sealed plastic, the tokens are all unpunched and the pad is full. Overall it looks nice.
