CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Opened Box, but UNUSED Rise and Decline of the Third Reich Game from Avalon Hill 1974. It has the second Edition Rules. The box has shelf wear on the corners\edges, and there is a ding on the front upper edge that exposes the cardboard below. There is wear on the back edges and the upper left edge is splitting some, one lid corner is starting to split some. The inside of the lid and box bottom have darkening from the board rubbing against it. The two full and half sheet look nice. The instruction manual looks a little yellowed from age. The five Scenario cards are still on their original pad unused.
