CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a USED Hot Wheels Track System Speedometer Pack 1995. The Unit has been tested and it works fine. The sticker inside on the speed dial is offset\not aligned especially well, and shows the bottom 3/4's of the displayed number. The arm has a light stress whitening on the left side right where the support ends, but the arm is straight and solid. The button to spring the arm back into place works great. The box has some shelf wear on the corners\edges, and some creasing on the back upper edge area. Overall it looks good.
