CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Opened Box, but UNUSED Madeline Eiffel Tower Deluxe Play Set from RC2 Brands 2004. The box has water stains on the bottom left that go over approx. 7 inches (about the middle of the box bottom. The stains also run up the left side edge of the box approx. 4 inches. The box has shelf wear on the corners\edges, and the top handle has creasing and tears. The clear plastic window has some wrinkles, but looks okay. We removed the box contents for pictures. The inner cardboard liner has edges that keep it lifted above the box bottom so they did not get the water staining on them. It has the original wire ties with the original tape over the ends. The Madeline Figure looks to be approx. 2 & 3/4 inches tall and she is sealed in a plastic that attaches her to the upper tower. The contents look nice. The box measures 14.5 inches tall, 13.5 inches wide and nearly 9 inches deep.
