This item is a Factory Sealed Command & Conquer Red Alert Retaliation Promo Item from our visit to E3 in Atlanta in 1997. The light does not work when the button on the back is pressed and you cannot tell the condition of the battery inside as it is not visible. E3 in Atlanta was like Halloween for adults, every booth had some type of giveaway and you walked around with big bags and received the item when they pitched their particular game\item. We kept all our goodies all these years! It measures approx. 2 inches in diameter and 5/8" deep.
