The book has spotting/yellowing on the side edges of the pages. There is a spilled area and some stain spots on the last two pages of the Appendix 2, the first page of the Appendix 2 has some splitting along the binding, the rest of the book is solidly attached to the Binding. The hardback cover looks good, the sleeve has some tearing on the upper left corner and some general wear. Overall it looks okay.
