CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a UNUSED U.S. Navy Plan Black from Avalanche Press LTD. 1999. The original shrink on the box is split 99.9 percent, but the upper right corner is wrapped around it barely and the lower left corner has one little section holding on by a thread. If either of those corners tore that shrink, the insides would be accessible. There is a piece of clear box tape running across the back of the shrink wrap and it goes onto the cardboard on the right side edge. The tape wraps around to the front on the plastic on the left side. When shifting the game you feel and hear the counter sheets and booklets sliding around inside, there are no loose pieces tumbling inside. The box corners show shelf wear, on the corners/edges and it looks okay overall.
