This item is a Factory Sealed Adventure Land King & Princess Expansion from Haba 2016. This item is and expansion for the game Adventure Land, it is NOT a stand alone game. The shrink wrap has splitting along the lower side edge, the split is large, but the box cannot be removed without tearing the plastic further. The front lower right corner has a worn area and the front upper right corner has a little dent. Please be aware if there is a manufacturing error or shortage inside this factory sealed item, we cannot take returns as it is out of print.
