CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Factory Sealed Atlantis Rising Game from Z-Man Games 2012. It is the original shrink as it has the small tick holes and there are small green printings on the back plastic (one can be seen over the lower area of the list of contents. There are 6 tears in the factory shrink wrap on the back of the box the largest of which is 5 inches long by 3/4 inch wide. The next biggest is 2" x 3/4" and the third largest is 1.5" x 1/4". The other tears\holes are smaller and on the corners. The front corners are also protruding thru the plastic, the lower left corner shows box wear and a small dent. Overall it is NOT mint, but looks okay.
