CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Opened Box, but unused Civilization Bookcase Game from Avalon Hill 1982. This version has three Rulers on the front cover and the board is a two piece fold out board. Six of the armies have been punched out, 3 are unpunched (Dark Green, Orange, and Light Blue). Two of the punched out armies have many pieces still attached together (Tan and Blue). The box has shelf wear on the corners/edges and faces. All box corners are intact with no tears or tape. There is a little light wear on the seam of the board, but it looks fine. The unpunched sheets look nice. The cards look good and lay flat. We are including extra clear plastic bags for storage. Overall it looks good.
