This item is a Opened Box, but Unused Empire Builder Continental Railbuilding Game Second Edition from Mayfair 1984. The box has shelf wear on the corners\edges and faces. The remnants of the rubber band inside the lid has since been removed. The counters are all unpunched\unused, the cards are still on their original sheets, unused. The Crayons and pawns are in their original factory sealed plastic bags. The play money and boards look good. Overall it looks good.
