CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a USED Fantastic Dizzy from Codemasters for the Sega Genesis 1993. The front cover of the instruction manual is torn off and missing. The back page of the manual is loose, but included.

It is otherwise complete with Cart, case and instructions. The game has been tested and it works fine. The case has the hang tag torn off, there is a small ding on the left side edge of the box that is 1/4" in diameter on the word "Dizzy". There are outlines of what was a sticker on the back of the cartridge over the word "Codemasters" on the back side. There is a small curl in the front sticker's lower right corner on the front of the cart. The instructions are worn and wavy.

The cartridge has been cleaned and tested (as all our games are) and it works fine.
