CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a USED Lords of Creation Role Playing Game from Avalon Hill 1983. The box has shelf wear on the corners\edges, and a little on the faces. All box corners are intact with no tears or tape. The Rule book has a small tear on the front page along the lower edge beside the boot of the man (approx. 1/4" long). The middle page in the book has come loose from the staples (see pic) and the back page has some stains on it that bleed thru two the second to last page that has a Map on it, but it looks okay. The stains on the back page of the rule book put two small stains on the cover of the Book of Foes near the "B" and "F" in the title. The 20 sided die has some crayon in some of the numbers.
