CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Factory Sealed Lords of Vegas Up! Expansion from Mayfair 2014. There is a small dent on the lower side edge near the corner and it shows a slight crease on the face's front lower right corner. There are light scuffs on the plastic and the two front left corners of the box are protruding thru the plastic a little which caused a very small wear on those corners of the box. Overall, not mint, but it looks good.
