This item is a Opened box, but unused Maelstrom Fantasy Board Game (2002) and a brand new factory sealed Expansion Pack from 2005 from Fantasy Flight Games. The box has shelf wear on the corners\edges and faces, all box corners are intact with no tears or tape. The 54 unpunched sheets look nice. The Expansion pack looks nice.
