CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a USED Monopoly & Clue plus 6 Classic Games in Wooden Cabinet from Parker Brothers 2004.

The box has shelf wear on the corners\edges and faces, there is clear box tape on the bottom flap to keep it sealed and some small tape remnants on the top flap. There are tears on the front upper two corner areas, the longer one is approx. 2" long. It has light creasing on the back of the box. The Monopoly side of the wooden board has light indentations on it that can be seen under angled light, as if possibly dice were rolled on it? (it's not bad, but we did notice it while processing it). The Clue side looks fine. The board with base measures approx. 16.75" x 16.75" and is 3.25" tall. All the parts for every game have been inventoried and are complete, but the Mini Clue cards have 3 cards with very noticeable creases (one each, Location, Person and weapon), so we included a larger set of cards from a full sized version of the Clue game from this time. The replacement cards have a little play wear on the faces, but the backs are good and consistent which is necessary in this game. The 9 cribbage pegs are in their original factory sealed plastic bag, the deck of cards look nice. The Dominoes are in their original factory sealed plastic, unused. Overall it looks good. Please be aware if you live a distance from the Midwest that shipping could be high for this item due to it being quite heavy. It will ship UPS due to it's size\weight, so unfortunately is no P.O. Box delivery.
