CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a opened box, but UNUSED Monopoly Deluxe Anniversary Edition from Parker Brothers 1984.

The box has shelf wear on the corners\edges, and some on the face. All box corners are intact with no tears or tape, the box back is slightly concave. The plastic bag on the title deed cards is deteriorating, the top edge is torn off so the cards are accessible, but they look very nice. All the other contents are in their factory sealed plastic bags. The board, instructions and plastic tray look good and overall it looks good.
