This item is a USED Monopoly Empire Game from Hasbro 2013. The box has shelf wear on the corners\edges, and there are some small peeled areas on the cover paper on the back upper right area that reveal the white paper below. All box corners are intact with no tears or tape. The Cards and play money look good and lay flat. The board and other contents look good
