CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Opened Box, but Unused Monopoly Rugrats Edition from USAopoly 2018. All the cards, play money, Pawns, Houses and Hotels are still sealed in their factory plastic and are unused. The box lid's lower long side edge has bowing outwards. The box has some shelf wear on the corners\edges, all box corners are intact with no tears or tape. Overall it looks nice.
