CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a USED Monopoly Tropical Tycoon DVD Game from Parker Brothers 2007.

The box has some shelf wear on the corners\edges, all box corners are intact with no tears or tape. The board and other contents look good, the DVD has some light markings from use, but nothing bad at all. The DVD works fine. Each of the little plastic hotels and such have one extra piece. Overall it looks good.
