CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Factory Sealed Neuland Game from Z-Man Games 2008. There are tears in the original shrink wrap on all the box corners and there is wear on the corners. The shrink along the front lower edge is torn/split approx. 8 inches long. Overall, the corners show wear, but it looks okay.
