This item is a Factory Sealed Omegakron Lords of Creation RPG from Avalon Hill 1984. There is a tear on the front plastic that is a sideways "V" shape approx. 2.5 inches long and 1 inch tall at it's widest (it's on the Monster's Face area). The front corners are protruding thru the plastic and there is shelf wear on the box corners. The lid is slightly concave.
