This item is a USED Opera House Play Theater from Metropolitan Opera 2010.

The box has shelf wear on the corners\edges, all box corners are intact with no tears or tape. There are some creases on the side edges of the box lid. The board and other contents look good and overall it looks good. The box states it as a "Play Theater and Game", but the back of the box states the game as recreating the pictures on the cards with the wooden pieces. It is not really a game, this item does not have instructions inside the box. The back also states it has 24 cards, but research shows it is 12 two sided cards, which this has.
