CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Opened Box, but UNUSED Panzer Blitz War Game from Avalon Hill 1970 Unpunched. The box has shelf wear on the corners\edges and face, the upper left side corner is starting to split a little. All other box corners are intact with no tears or tape. The left side edge at that upper left corner also has light black stain spots that have been scrubbed and disinfected, but the stains remain. The stains are a result of water getting on the box, there are light stains inside the lid there. The inside of the box top and bottom also show black stains from the boards rubbing back and forth inside it. The German Counter sheet looks a little yellowed from age, the Russian Counter sheet has some wear on the Non Vehicular Unit counter side from sliding back and forth in the box (Mainly on the Mortar Counters). The back of the counter sheets look nice. The boards look nice, the combat chart has a curl on one end and some very light spotting.  The instructions and Analysis book look nice. Overall, definitely not mint, but acceptable.
