CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a USED Penguin Pat's Fishy Business Game from Milton Bradley 2000. The box has shelf wear on the corners/edges, there is a 1 inch long tear/split on the front upper right corner edge  near the corner and there is clear box tape on that area. The back right flap is taped shut. The instructions are not original. The Penguin Pat game unit has been tested with 3 "AA" Batteries (not included) and it works perfectly, it talks and walks and pivots well, just use fresh batteries. Pat has his mouth and eye stickers and he looks good. The battery compartment looks nice and it has the screw on cover. Some of the cardboard fish have light creases, but look good and lay flat. The game cards  look good and lay flat. The track has been assembled and all the tabs are intact, the game has been fully tested (we let it run quite awhile while we process the game). Overall it looks good.
