CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Opened Box, but UnusedPhase 10 for Kids! Sesame Street Card Game from Fundex 2008. The cards inside the box are in their factory sealed plastic. The bottom flap is factory glued closed and there are cardboard braces inside the upper part of the box that are glued in place so the cards are inaccessible. We took pictures showing the top flap open, but it is difficult to see the new cards inside. There is a tear on the back upper left corner running at a 45 degree angle down onto the box back and there is clear box tape on that area. There is shelf wear on the corners/edges, but overall it looks good. The instructions are on top of the deck inside.
