CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Factory Sealed Police Precinct Second Edition from Common Man Games 2016. All four front corners are poking out of the factory shrink wrap a small amount, the front upper left corner of the box shows a little wear. The back lower right corner has a larger tear in the shrink, the back upper two corners are protruding thru the plastic a little. There is scuffing in the shrink all along the edges of the box, the plastic must be thick as some areas show a layer of plastic worn off, but there is still shrink remaining. There is scuffing in the shrink on the front and back faces that can be seen under angled light. There are some small splits in the shrink seam along the right edge and the upper left corner of the box has a slight dent. Overall it looks good, but is not mint.
