CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a USED Raise the Roof Construction Strategy Card Game from Henard Industries 1982. The box has shelf wear on the corners\edges and faces. The top flap has a lot of wear and the back upper edge has some of the edge torn off (approx. 1/4" x 3 inches long). There is a piece of invisible tape on the back lower edge that wraps around to the front of the box, it keeps the lower flap closed. The plastic liner has all four corners cracked and bent. The instructions have wear and there is a stained/worn area on the front in the "Permit" area the makes a few words a little harder to read, but we are including a second full color set of instructions (not original) to help. The cards look nice and they lay very flat, a good looking set of cards. Overall, a worn box and liner, but good looking cards. If you prefer actual pictures, please drop us a line.
