This item is a Factory Sealed Rolocolor Coloring Desk Activity Center from Colorama Creations 1990. There are some nicks and tears in the shrink wrap on the back right and left edges. The plastic shrink has some scuffing. Something inside the case is loose and is sliding around, it can be heard when tipping the item back and forth so there will be some chaos inside once opened.
