This item is a Factory Sealed RuneQuest The Haunted Ruins Book from Avalon Hill 1989. There are three small holes in the plastic approx. one inch down from the Text on the upper right area, but the book looks unaffected. The spine shows some thin cracking that shows some the white paper below, but overall it looks nice.

This book will ship in a BOX for protection.
