CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

This item is a Factory Sealed San Juan Second Edition Game from Ravensburger 2014. The original shrink wrap has the green arrow on the middle back of the box. Two corners on the front have some small tearing and the box is protruding thru a little (upper right, lower left). There is a small tear in the plastic and a indented scuff on the box (upper left of the "S" in "San"). There are light scuffs in the plastic here and there, but overall it looks good.
