This item is a Factory Sealed Sim Theme Park for the Sony Playstation One from Electronic Arts 2000. It has the original unused hang tag on the back of the box, the factory plastic on the case has some light scuffing along the back right edge area, but it looks okay. The case looks nice and overall it is a good looking game.
