You will need an Imported NEC PC Engine to be able to play this game.
This item is a Factory Sealed Super Mahjong Taikai for the NEC PC Engine Super CD-ROM from Koei 1992. There is a tear in the shrink on the front upper right edge near the corner, it measures approx. 1/2" by 3/16" at it's widest. There is scuffing/tearing in the shrink on the upper right side edge running down from the corner approx. 3/4". There is tearing in the shrink on the front upper left corner and the gold paper underneath the plastic has wear on that corner that reveals the white paper below (approx. 3/16" long). The back upper right corner has the same wear on the paper insert there as well (approx. 1/4" long running downward). There are various scuffs in the plastic shrink on the front and back that can be seen under angled light. It passes the shake test, the Discs inside are secure. Overall it looks good, it is NOT mint and we provided many pictures, if you need more, please request them.
